Asbestos Bulk sampling

This report includes the collection of three samples of one building material and PLM analysis by an accredited laboratory. For additional building materials, the asbestos bulk sampling requires the collection of three samples per material, with PLM analysis conducted by an accredited laboratory. The cost for analyzing additional materials is $125.00 per material.
ASBESTOS AIR CLEARANCES

This service includes a visual inspection and air sampling in one containment area, with laboratory analysis using the PCM method and report writing. Additional air samples taken from other locations are charged at $50.00 per sample.
LEAD BASED PAINT INSPECTION

Lead Paint/tile sampling (includes collection of 3 paint chips and/or on bathroom tiles and report of finding: Additional samples will be charged @ $40.00 each location
Initial Mold Inspection

Limited Initial Mold assessments in one location to include: Visual inspection, moisture measurements, one surface sample and microscopic analysis by an accredited laboratory, and report
